Cancellation Policy
Dust Bunny Bullies is a small cleaning service and during busy times space is limited. In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.

Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. We really appreciate your business and hope you have a positive experience booking with us. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 208-571-1100.

Booking and Cancellation
All Cancellations or Rescheduling of a booked appointment must be at least 24-hours in advance to ensure no penalties fees are accrued. For those who do cancel and provide us with a 24-hour or more notice, we appreciate your consideration and no penalties will apply.

Please give us At least 24 hours in advance since we turn away other clients and schedule employees to meet your service appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $25.00 fee, which goes to paying for the cost of labor and fuel since the cleaning team will not be reached in-time and will still show up and get turned away. Absolutely no exceptions can be made to our cancellation policy.

Email Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information and providing services relating to our communications with you

No Refund or Exchange Policy
We have a no refund or exchange policy on service completed. If we clean a property we do our best to make sure the job is done right, but if we miss anything we expect the customer to be on-site to point out any rework that is needed so we can fix the problem on-site prior to us leaving as dirt and grim can build up again and we have no control afterwards.
